MyDetails

In order to take advantage of all the benefits on offer at MyESRIUK you must first register your MyESRIUK profile.  You can do this through ‘Manage My Profile’.

Without a MyESRIUK profile, you will be unable to manage your subscriptions, register for events or download software.

Once you have submitted your own personal MyESRIUK profile, you will become part of the vast ESRI (UK) community, with fast and simple access to all the latest information and product developments in the world of GIS.

On registering your MyESRIUK profile you provide us with your preferred contact information.  It is important that you provide accurate information at this stage so that we can contact you easily if you register for an event.

MyESRIUK can only provide resources to people living and working in the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the United Kingdom then you should contact your local distributor.

All information submitted is held in the strictest confidence and is required for security reasons only, given the nature of the products available on this site.  You can view full details on ESRI (UK)’s full Privacy Notice here.

MySubscriptions

You can only begin to manage your subscriptions with ESRI (UK) once you have created your own MyESRIUK profile. This enables us to send you the information you select, in the format you select to your preferred address.

ESRI (UK) provides a comprehensive range of communications in both hard or electronic versions.

We also ask you to specify your preferred format for emails to ensure that our email bulletins do reach you.

Once you have registered your MyESRIUK profile, you can easily opt-in to receive the communications relevant to you.

Via the My History facility within MyESRIUK you will be able to see a summary of the communications you have been sent over the past 12 months.

MyESRIUK can only provide communications to people living and working in the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the United Kingdom then you should contact your local distributor.

MyEvents

In order to register for an event you need to make sure you have registered your MyESRIUK profile and that your MyESRIUK profile is accurate and up to date so that we have your relevant contact details on file. 

You can register your interest in attending various events that ESRI (UK) is running.  Just click on the event title for further information on each event to makes sure it is appropriate to your areas of interest.

At this stage, you are only registering your interest in attending. A registration does not mean a confirmed place. We will get back to you to confirm your place and provide further information, including joining instructions.

To register just click and check the box in the right-hand column next to your chosen event.

When you register for an event, you will be asked to check your MyESRIUK profile details to ensure the accuracy of your profile information so that we can promptly contact you to confirm your registration. The Name and Company Name in your MyESRIUK profile will appear on your name badge if you register and attend an event.

Once you have registered you will receive an email confirming your registration and then we will be in touch shortly to confirm your place.

ESRI (UK) can only accept event registrations from people living or working in the British Isles. Likewise, we do not accept registrations from companies providing competitive products and services or organisations whose attendance may compromise commercial or customer confidentiality.

Downloads

To be eligible for the MyESRIUK downloads you must firstly register your MyESRIUK details.

Once you have registered and can access the password protected My ESRI (UK) area, then you just click and select the software you wish to download.

If you are living and working outside the United Kingdom then you will not be eligible for these downloads.
